Technology

  • KNIME - KNIME Analytics Platform is free and open source, which ensures users remain on the bleeding edge of data science, 300+ connectors to data sources, and integrations to all popular machine learning libraries. We used it to handle the datasets and perform data analysis.
  • Python - Python, mainly used for rdf data serialization using RDFLib.
  • JavaScript - Thanks to the JavaScript Libraries Chart.js and D3.js we could create interactive and dynamic visualisations of our data.
  • Leaflet - Leaflet is the leading open-source JavaScript library for mobile-friendly interactive maps.
  • GeoJSON - The format for encoding a variety of geographic data structures. It provides online tools to edit your code and build your map.
